A letter of mitigation is your opportunity to put forward your help for leniency and to help support them and their families.

Please Keep Scrolling Down!

Whether you belong to a motorcycle club, attend motorcycle runs, ralleys, benefits... Beware - this information applies to you, and you could be next!
NOTICE TO ALL MOTORCYCLISTS AND TO ALL AMERICAN CITIZENS!!!
It’s time to make a difference!!! The Federal Government has shown us that you are guilty until proven innocent in this country, and not the other way around as so many Americans are falsely led to believe. That they can decide they do not like who you associate with and can then remove you from society and ruin your life.
A most recent case occurred in the early hours of June 15, 2010 involving a nationwide sweep by federal agents who used explosives and deadly force to bust into the homes of sleeping motorcycle club members, their spouses and children.
When the dust cleared, our brothers here in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia were taken into custody, detained, and held with no bond. Trial is set for Oct. 20, 2010, and these men were transported out of state and are being held with no bond for the duration.
Their families are left with no help in cleaning up the devestation and debris, and will receive no financial aid in making much needed major structural repairs to their homes that were literally blown up in most cases. Then you go inside and realize all of the personal belongings such as pictures, kids toys, clothing, furniture, dishes, etc that were also destroyed. Not to mention lifetimes of sentimental items that just cannot be replaced at all...
Please read their personal accounts of this day in section "their stories"

YOUR DONATIONS AT WORK
By sending your donation you will be helping these men to get personal supplies needed while incarcerated, you will also be helping them to maintain contact with the outside world via phone calls, stamps and envelopes for letters, etc. You will also be making a huge difference for the families and children left behind who are not only barely making ends meet, but are also dealing with the loss of not just missing a husband and dad, but soccer coach, fishing buddy, volunteer in the community, hero, mentor and best friend. Your donations will help provide for food, clothing, home repairs, medicine, and anywhere else as needed.
By donating you will not only make a difference in these lives, you will also be making a personal stand against how our federal government uses deadly force unnecessarily and puts innocent people, including young children, at risk for bodily harm and even death. Every one of these men could have been picked up without incident for example, at work.
If you think this cannot happen to you, you are very mistaken. These are hardworking, family oriented men with families and homes they worked hard for just like you, and if you think that your home is your sanctuary from the world, ask any one of these familys that survived the attacks of June 15, 2010.
